Quality Clauses Applicable to Purchase Orders

• Supplier shall implement a quality management system; Use customer-designated or approved external providers; Shall notify the organization of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition, prevent the use of counterfeit parts.
• Notify Perfect Plating of changes to processes, products or services including the changes of the external providers. Flown down to external providers applicable requirements including customer requirements. Provide test specimens for design approval, inspection/verification or auditing. Retain documented information including retention periods and disposition requirements.
• The right of access by Perfect Plating, its customers and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, and at any level of the supply chain.
• Supplier shall ensure that all personnel are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity, contribution to product safety, the importance of ethical behavior.
• Supplier shall provide material/process certification (e.g. Certificate of Analysis /Conformance, SDS, TDS) with each shipment.
• Supplier agrees to periodic performance reviews which shall be used as a basis for establishing levels of controls to be implemented.
